- We deliver 7 Days a week 365 days a year
- We have a flat US$9.00 delivery fee to all areas.
- Our standard delivery hours are 8.00am - 7.00pm (Up until 10.00pm
- We have same day delivery guaranteed for all nationwide orders received before 14.00 local time. (+8GMT)
- Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our standard delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that your order will be delivered on the delivery date specified.
- We delivery to all Residential, Commercial, Public, Retail and Government addresses.
- It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of the recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
- If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
